2. Pre-K Registration Form (English)
This form is only for a child that will be age 4 by 9/1/25.
Please email the completed registration form to the Enrollment Specialist at your selected center below.

3. Please fill out the required Child Nutrition Form.
Please email the completed Child Nutrition form to the Enrollment Specialist at your selected center below.

If you have difficulty uploading the required documents, please go to any Sheltering Arms center and the staff there can help you with this process.

NOTE: If there is a space available for your child, you will be contacted by an Enrollment Specialist to move forward with the Enrollment process. You will only be contacted if there is an available slot. Due to the number of applications we receive, prospective families on our waitlist who were not selected will be removed at the end of the calendar year and will have to re-apply the following year.
