This interactive program addresses the imperative call to develop cultural responsiveness in teachers, staff, and school leaders. Our method introduces inclusion practices through interpersonal dialogues and experiential activities that connect best practices to emerging research in developmental psychology, neuroscience, and education. Teachers gain insight into prevalent cultural patterns and emerge better equipped to meet the needs of their children and families they serve.
