Employment Application Agreement

I fully understand and agree that all statements made herein are subject to investigation and confirmation by Sheltering Arms and if any such statements are found to be false or misleading, the same shall constitute proper and sufficient grounds for refusal of employment or immediate suspension or discharge from employment without any obligation on the part of Sheltering Arms to pay wages or compensation of any kind whatsoever after such suspension or discharge.

Nothing on this application is intended to create or imply a contractual relationship; if hired, the employee understands that employment is at-will and can be terminated with or without reason at any time.

All new hires are subject to approval by the Executive Director and if the position is for the Head Start Program, approval from the Early and Preschool Policy Council is required.

This application shall remain on file for a period of one year. If you wish to renew you application after this period of time, you may do so by calling this office.
