August 2011 - Independent Booksellers Drive

Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers wants to thank every independent bookseller participating in our August book drive.  Every Sheltering Arms child receives a free book for their home library every month which means Sheltering Arms hands out nearly 30,000 books every year.  We count on book drives from community members to help us reach this goal.  This August, the response of independent booksellers to our book drive has been overwhelming.  Please visit the participating bookstores and let them know how grateful you are for their support of Sheltering Arms and our literacy initiative, Operation StoryBook.
